MORE HELP NEEDED FOR OPTI CHAMPIONSHIPS

Several people have had to leave the Race Committee for business or personal
reasons, so we now need additional people to help with the Race Committee
during the Championships, 6-9 August.

We also need to borrow some additional signal flags, specifically letters
"A" and "H" and a couple of hand held tape recorders.
