reply. I didn’t look very good on that one. We ask for
responses and then don’t give a way for you to send them – sorry. Again –
I’d like your feedback to share with the social committee on thoughts for
social events for next year. The Labor Day Dinner in particular but
comments on other events are also welcome. Now – just so you know
we really do want to hear from you – this should work. Click on my

the club has had a dinner dance on Labor Day Saturday. It’s a very
nice event and a lot of people work hard to put it together. The past
couple years attendance has dropped off – this year we do not have enough
registrations to make it financially feasible. We understand several have
indicated that if the weather is nice they’ll come. We simply
cannot plan on that basis. We are going to hold registration open until Friday,
August 24th. If we do not have enough registrations by then we
are going to have to cancel. We will not be able to accept registrations
after Friday – we have to notify the caterer of the number at that time
(or cancel). The Social Committee tries to plan events that will have an
appeal to the membership. If this event doesn’t have appeal due to
timing, style or cost please advise what you would prefer so we can adjust in
