Yearbook crunch time!!
The NBYC Yearbook is being put together now and we need your
help. Vice Commodore John Brousseau and Yearbook Chair Matt Dowd are the chiefs-in-charge.
John Schweizer has volunteered to be in charge of advertising.
- Matt is looking for
photos. One of the fun parts of the Yearbook is looking over photos
from the previous year. The only way we get those is if you send
them in! We do not guarantee that we will publish a given photo and
we prefer that we not have to return them (we can if absolutely
necessary). Best way is to email digital photos to Matt at mdowd@yahoo.com or mail them.
Photos must be received by March 28th to be considered.

- Update your personal data
(address, phone, email, etc). You should do this as part of
completing the census form that you send back with your dues
payment. If you’ve done that and it is received by the due
date of March 31st, the updated info will be included in the
Yearbook. If you’ve had changes since you mailed it in please
send an additional correction to Assn’t Treasurer Bonnie Randall at bar1983@aol.com. As an aside,
Bonnie keeps the database that is used for mailing the NBYC newsletter and
any other official mailings. You should inform her at any time of
the year if there is a change to your contact information so the club’s
records are current.
- Do you have a business that
would like to support the club? Contact John Schweizer to advertise
in the Yearbook. Rates are low and John can help with appropriate
copy, etc. Contact him at johnschweizer@comcast.net.

This is an automated database that you subscribe to yourself. Changes (as
noted in 2 above) are NOT made by NBYC. If your email address changes you
must add your new address to the list yourself. Simply send an email from
the new address (the system adds the “from” address to the list) to
majordomo@nbyc.org. In the body
(not subject line) of the email simply say “subscribe nbyc-announce”
(do not include the quotation marks). You will get a return email saying
that you have been added to the list.
